My views on students’ success in school
There is no denying the fact that there are many factors that influence students’ success in school,but people’s opinions vary regarding the most important one.Some people maintain that a good teather is the most one among all the causes.As far as I am concerned,although a good teather play a very significant role in a student’s performance in school,but they overemphasize the influence.
Those who claim that a good teacher is the most importance present the following reasons.To begin with,a good teather insists on figuring out new ways to stimulate students’ interests in knowledge and makes himself be accepted and loved by his students, as can be explained by an old saying,‘interest is the best teather.’In addition,a good teather shows great patience and care for students,which helps to regain confidence and hope for success.What’s more, a good teather knows best how to teach and excel in managing classes,influencing students not only by knowledge but also his charming personality.As a result,some people draw a conclusion that nothing in more important than a good teather.
Although the argument above is rational to some extent,but I think,people who hold the opinion neglect other important factors,such as students’ hard work,non-intellectual causes, which cannot be emphasized.One reason is that without hard work,they cannot acheive any success.moreover,It must be ignored that atmosphere and regulations established by the school have a great effect on students’ performance.The interaction between peers can both make a good student and a school bully.The teacher is only an instrucor who can guide students and It is students themselves that eventually play a decisive role.
In conclusion,It is difficult to say which is the important factor.I deem that the education is the result of complementary factors, so we can’t put too pressure only on teathers.Only through the joint endeavor of teathers and other related elements,can success be achieved finally in school .

With Alpha Go having beaten all the world champions of the game Go in series of battles between man and artificial intelligence,there comes a hot topic among people concerning whether advanced intelligence will bring more benefits or harms.
On the one hand ,some people worry that advanced artificial intelligence will throw many people out of work.Today many work that used to be done by human labor force have given way to artificial intelligence(such as intelligence robots used to assemble automobile) due to the fact that they work more quickly and effectively. On the other hand,other people are afraid that It might jeopardize human being dominated status and then finally rule over us as we now rule over other creatures on the earth since they learn new thing by themself in a way that is much speedier and more efficient.
In my view,advanced intelligence will bring more benefits than harms.Firstly,It will help people process a large amount of time-consuming work and let them more time for creative work that It is critical for the development of human secioty.Secondly,It could help human being do some risky work and also provide more exact analysis and feedback that may speed up the development in science and technology.

Maybe E-Book Only Can Act as a Supplement for Prineted Books
With the e-book sales dropping both in the United States but also in the United Kingdom in 2015,and a new study ,made by A,indicating that 92% of college students rather read printed books instead or e-books,quite a few people still deem that e-books will finally replaced printed books,but as far as I am concerned,maybe e-books can only act a supplement for the printed books.I have some of my arguments as follows.
Firstly,compared with e-books,printed books have existed in our life for a longer time and people have gotten used to attained knowledge and killing time by reading printed books.For example,in order to have a book read quietly without any outside disturbance,the printed books have always beed better choice since e-books have some unavoidable disadvanteges such as the noise made by electrical current and light given out by display screen.Secondly,printed books can be read in more conditions. for instance,reading e-books on airplane often is forbidden since reading e-books is thought to have some harmful effects on the safety of flingt.Thirdly,printed books are more likely than e-books to give people feeling of possession.Once you buy a printed book,you will have it permanently,but for e-books, you can only have their contents online.
In summary,we easily see that maybe e-books can only act a supplement for printed books.

With the Internet bringing a more resourcefull access to us,plagiarizing,which lets students get flunked and even costs Joe Biden a shot at becoming the US president in 1988,is appearing more frequently than ever before,so how to avoid It on purpose or by accident is turning out to be a hot topic.In my opinion,in order to avoid plagiarizing ,we need master some knowledge as follows.
Firstly ,we understand that plagiarism is the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of other author and the representation them as one’s own original work.Thus plagiarism includes both the word-for-word copying and close imitation of another piece work.Secondly,to be familiar with the area you intend to talk about by looking for information related to your subject on the Internet and in books.That means you are more likely to write in your own words in case you understand the subject.Thirdly,to include a bibliograph in your paper to sum up the quotes and sources you refer to in your paper.Fuorthly,to mention the source in your paraphrase by putting quotation marks around unique phrases you think could be interpreted as be copied whenever you have any doubt of possible plagiarism.
In conclusion,if you master the knowledge discussed above,I firmly believe that the chance for you to avoid plagiarism is definitely big.Moreover,wo also must known that plagiarism is not only a academic practice,but also a disgraceful behaviour,It is sometimes a violation of copyright law.so we must avoid plagiarism by accident and also on purpose.

Is It Better to Change One’s Attitude than to Change One’s Circumstance?
As is known to all,people live under different circumstances because they are affected greatly by their family backgrounds,religous beliefs,values and cultrual differeces.As a member of thinking public,I have been taking about account the issue wether it is better to change one’s attitude than to change one’s circumstances.
In my view,it depend on both.It is not proper to say that changing one’s attitud is more important than changing one’s circumsitances.Neither is it right to say that changing one’s circumstances is more important than changing one’s attitude.
Here would I like to emphasize that when circumstance is favorable to my health ,life and work,what really matter to me is my cherishing,maintaining favorable circumstances and even making favorable circumstances more favorable.
When circumstances are unfavorable to me,I, of course,cannot change them in my own right.such being the case,I have no choice but to come to terms with my unfavorable circumstances.I believe in people’s espousal of Darwin’s thoery of survival of the fittest.In the face of unfavorable circumstances ,one shoud give up one’s negetive attitude and be active in turning unfavoarble circumstances into favorable circumstances and pursuing sustainable development of carper.

As is known to all,prior to the invetion of the Internet,face-to-face conversations are a traditional and dominant way for people to communicate with each other in their life and work.But the emergence and porpuariztion of the Internet has risen to the wide use of the e-mails in people’s communication with one another.It is no exaggeration to say that e-mails have offered a challenge to face-to-face communication in people’s spiritual life.With such a context,a thought-provoking as well as controversial issue arises.Which is better,a e-meil or face-to face conversation?
Acoording to a recent survey conducted by a lingusitic research organization in China,forty-eight percent of respondents prefer to send e-meils in the communication with others.Spending e-mails is their cup of tea because ,on the other hand,it is a low-cost cultural consumption;come to think of it,an e-mail costs much less than a telephone call;on the other hand,it is conductive to an individual’s communication with other people across space and time.That is to say,it is convenient for people who are with the same time zone as well as those who are not to exchange their viewpoints by means of the Internet.
On the contrary,fifty-two percent of respondents are of the opinoin that face-to-face conversations are better than e-mails because face-to-face conversations enable people to see one another more clearly,including one another’s apperances,looks and manners.They maintain that face-to-face conversations do better than e-mails in the sense that the former are more closer to reality than the latter in interpersonal interactions.
As for me,my face-to-face conversations are chiefly targeted at people who have close bonds with me.My e-mails are mainly targeted at those who are working on bonds with me or who experience a distant relationship with me.

Study for Social and National Needs
There is a pubilic debate nowadays on the issue of the orientation of the academic studies.More and more Chinese scholars beleive that academic studies should be oriented towards the needs of society and government.They think that personal interests should be subodinate to social interests.But some others,on the other hand,argue that individual preferences are more important in the choice of studies.They maintain that the interst is the best teacher for study.I think the former is more reasonable from the following two aspects.
On the one hand,only when students reasonably determine their studies and developoing directions according the needs of society,will they blend in the society and make their valuable contribution to the society in the future.Let’s take the story of LuXun,the great Chinese writer, as an example.As we all know,his first interst was medicine.He took troubles to go to Japan for advanced medical technology,but when he came back ,he found that it was mental illness instead of physical one that made China weak and backward.So he dropped his own interest and begin writing to awaken the pleople.This is such a good example of realizing personal values by quitting individual interests and meet social and national interestes.
On the other hand,as is proved by practice,anything against the social developoment will inevitably eliminated,so is the academic study.If the students’ choice of academy just paid attention to their own preferences,they would gradually be isolated from the society.
From the discussion above,a conclusion may reasonably reached that social needs far outweigh individual preferences in the academic study.Thus ,it is be suggested that precedence should be given to the public needs over the personal preferences when they are conflict.

The Purpose of University Education
Some believe that going to university improves our chances of getting a well-paid career.Others beleive that a univeisity education should generally give rise to the development in personal character and not necessarilly to a successful career.
One of the most important thing people can get out of their university experience is learning from real life and further developing their character.One might think that these particular processes should have already been finalized.That’s right; they should.The only thing is,the educational system use in schools dosen’t leave too much space for free expression and uninterrupted character development.As a direct result,people really get to know themselves only after they have left school.
The kind of character evolution though,if not followed by studying and hard work, might proved useless or at least as rewarding as itshould be in the long run.The ultimate purpose of university has been,since the beginning, to education people.Education is important because it open doors to you,that otherwise would have been shut.No matter how pleasant a person you might be,you are bund to see doors slamming in your face,if you haven’t the necessary qualification for a job,such as a university diploma.Still ,the opposite situation would be quite bad too.
To sum up,the purpose of university is toeducation and help people develop characters.Absence if either of the two would lead to a rather insecure financial situation.So you must just listen to your parents and hard work towards your goal:getting into university.Wehther you want it or not,it is a stage of your life toocrucial to miss.

Who are to blame for the emergence of the NEET Group in China,parents or children?There is no gainsaying the fact that there is an issue of consideration.A recent survey by China Youth Daily polled 4,678 young man working in big cities.The survey showed that 86 percent of them are living under financial pressure and 38 percent of them are still living off(靠...生活） their parents.This is a new way that many adults in China are living their livese---not in education,employment or training.They are seen as the NEET group.
Why are so many NEETS in China? Some causes that contribute to this phenomenon may summarized as followed.Firstly,a large number of parents spoil their children in China so that they seldom let them for the good habit of loving labor such as cleaning,cooking and washing clothes at home They neglect cutivating offsprings’ sense of independence,which causes their children to be accustomed to living under the shelter (asylem) of their parents.Secondly,young adults find their wings clipped by skyrocketing house costs.It is difficult for them to afford to buy their own houses,so they have to live with theier parents even after graduation from colleges and universities.
Then who are mainly responsible for the emergence of the NEETs in China?In my opinion,young adult should themselfves.Some of them hope to saty in major metropolises,snubbing(resist) employers from rural or hinterland areas.They would rather wait for an ’iideal job’ than take a job in a grass roots enterprise to start their career.Others, however,easily give up job-hunting(求职） after a few setbacks(挫折）in the job market.They choose to take shelter from the competion and live off their parents.Parent should partly account for the phenomenon of the NEET group .They fail to cultivate chldren’s spirit of self-reliance and hard struggle .
It is high time for both parents and children to change the concept of long-term dependence.As for parents,they should pay(lay) more emphases on the cultivation of their offsprings the sense of dependence; As for young people,they must realize that living off their parents after gradulation is a way ot life that they ought to be ashamed of and it is disadvantaged to their in the long run.If parent urge(督促） their children to depend on themselves,and the kids are more realistic in job-hunting ,the problem of the NEETS may well be alleviated(减轻）.
